Customer Forces Story
Every completed discovery interview retold as a six-scene storyboard of your customer's switching journey.
What it is
Every completed discovery interview is retold as a six-scene storyboard of your customer’s switching journey. Each scene is one state transition, explained by the Customer Force that caused it (Push, Pull, Friction, Inertia), with the verbatim quote and a napkin-sketch panel. A movie-poster hero personalizes the story, and a journey map traces the customer’s sentiment as terrain.
Where it lives
Open any completed interview. The Customer Forces Story tab is the default view. The page also has Insights, Transcript, and Interview Assessment tabs.
How to read it
Six panels in fixed order: old way breaks, job requirements, hiring, first use, repeat use, switching. The force chip on each scene tells you what did the work. The journey map underneath shades the switching window: the span from the trigger to the deadline, when this customer was actually hireable.
Scenes the interview never reached render as ghost panels, dimmed, each holding the canonical question to ask next time. That is a built-in interviewing prompt, not a gap.
What it needs
Interviews analyzed by the v2 extractor. Panel art appears minute-by-minute after analysis, with sketch placeholders until then. Verbatim quotes require an uploaded transcript. Older interviews gain the story via admin re-extraction.
