Each seat includes a generous monthly fair-use allowance — enough for a full BMD plus active validation work. Heavy users pull from the shared pool; admins can raise caps without amending the contract. If your population is consistently over-cap, we right-size at renewal.
Can we add seats mid-year?
Yes — add seats anytime at the contracted per-seat rate, pro-rated. We structure the billing with you when we scope the rollout.
