Pitch Stories

The visual home for your four pitches: assembled from your stress-tested canvas, told as stories, and matured through an evidence journey.

Four pitches, one story engine: elevator, business model story, founder story, mafia offer, with the drafted to resonating journey rail

What it is

The Pitch page is the home for the four pitches every founder eventually needs: the Elevator pitch, the Business Model Story, the Founder Story, and the Mafia Offer. Each is assembled from your stress-tested canvas rather than a blank template, then rendered as a story: a narrative arc of beats, each colored by the Customer Force doing the work (Push, Pull, Friction, Inertia), with napkin-style storyboard panels that illustrate every version.

Where it lives

Open Pitch from the navigation. The collection page shows your lead pitch up top and the other three alongside, each labeled with the worldview it speaks to. Click any pitch to enter its story view.

How to use it

  1. Assemble. Generate the pitch you need next. The beats come from your canvas and evidence, in narrative order, so it’s your story from the first draft.

  2. Workshop. Edit beats inline (each version is kept, so you can always look back) or refine the pitch in chat. Short concept notes on the load-bearing beats explain why each one exists, and writing scaffolds give you a guiding question and a worked example when you’re stuck.

  3. Watch it mature. Every pitch carries a journey rail: drafted → grounded → practiced → resonating. The ladder is strict. A pitch practiced on assumed ingredients still reads Drafted; it climbs only as its ingredients get grounded in evidence and its delivery gets real reps.

  4. Deliver. When you pitch it, the delivery pins the exact version you used, so debriefs point at what you actually said.

What it needs

Generating a new pitch requires your business model to pass its four core stress-test gates. If it doesn’t yet, the page steers you into the 7-dimension assessment instead of handing you words that aren’t earned. Pitches you’ve already written are always visible; only new generation is gated.
