Part 1 was Thursday, April 30. Recording lands in your dashboard within 24 hours of registering. Part 2 — The Build — is live Thursday, May 14, 10 AM CT.

100X Founder · 2-Part Deep Dive · Part 2 Live Thursday, May 14

Building a 100X Content Marketing Pipeline with AI

A 2-part live series. Part 1 (Thursday, April 30) was the strategy — Tien Tzuo's three rooms, the 4 AI content pitfalls, and the PDCA loop that keeps a pipeline from drifting into slop. Recording is included. Part 2 (Thursday, May 14) is the live build — the exact pipeline that turns one video into a 5-piece campaign in your founder voice. One $25 ticket gets you both.

Live, 2 hours each. No theory for theory's sake. No "AI will change marketing" slides. Watch the strategy on tape, then show up live for the build.

You voted. Here it is.

On April 16, I walked through 7 demos of my 100X Founder Stack. The one that kept coming up in chat and won the final vote: content pipeline.

How does one founder publish daily across LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletter, and YouTube — without a marketing team, a writer, or a SaaS sprawl?

I'm doing it in two parts. Strategy first, build second. Part 1 already happened — register and the recording is in your dashboard within 24 hours. Watch it before Thursday, May 14 and you'll walk into the live build knowing exactly where each piece fits.

What's covered

Strategy first. Then the build.

Part 1 — Thursday, April 30 · Recording included

Why Content Is the Channel

Distribution is a Room 1 problem. Most founders skip it. Recording lands in your dashboard within 24 hours of registering.

  1. Distribution is a Room 1 problem

Why content kills more startups than product or funding — and why the answer isn't "post more."

  2. The marathon, not the sprint

Non-scalable before scalable. The 1:1:1 discipline most founders skip on the way to PMF, and what to do instead.

  3. Find your Room 1

The 4-question diagnostic for the worldview shift your product depends on — the one you have to sell before anyone considers what you sell. With LEANSpark's own Room 1 as a worked example.

  4. The 4 AI content pitfalls

Generic voice, no context, no taste gate, no measurement loop. How the right pipeline turns AI into a Room 1 enforcement layer instead of a slop generator.

  5. The PDCA learning loop

How to measure Room 1 traction (not vanity likes) so the system gets sharper every sprint.

Part 1 closes with a quick look at what the live build covers — so you walk into Part 2 knowing exactly where each tool fits.

Part 2 — Thursday, May 14 · Live, 10 AM CT

The Live Build

The pipeline, top to bottom. One video in. 90+ pieces out per sprint. 2 hours a week.

  1. The waterfall — one video → 5-piece campaign

How a single YouTube recording cascades into a LinkedIn post, a Twitter thread, a newsletter, and two community posts. Live demo, in 30 seconds.

  2. Voice Profile — why the AI doesn't sound like AI

The capture step that turns generic AI output into your voice. Done once, used forever.

  3. The 90-day content cycle — 6 sprints, 6 themes

Why "waterfall priority" beats content calendars, and how a single cycle theme keeps every piece pulling in the same direction.

  4. Framework + Context — the retrieval layer

The library, the experts, the context-injection step that makes this 100X (not 10X). What the AI is reading on every generation.

  5. Measure + Learn

LinkedIn analytics pulled daily — what's working, what's cut, how the next cycle's themes get chosen.

Plus: live hot seats.

Three to four attendees brought in for live work on their pipeline. You see the system applied to real businesses, not abstract examples — and if you've got a stuck point, the seat could be yours.

Why split it into two?

Because if you don't know what to say, no pipeline saves you. Part 1 is the strategy that makes Part 2 not be theater. Skip Part 1 and you're paying for tools you can't aim. Show up to both and the pipeline does what it's supposed to do — compound.

Common questions

Before you click buy.

Why two parts instead of one?

Because the strategy and the build solve different problems, and skipping the strategy means the build doesn't compound. Part 1 teaches you what to say and how to find the worldview shift your product depends on. Part 2 builds the pipeline that says it at scale. Try the build first and you're copying tactics without aim.

I missed Part 1 on Thursday, April 30. Is it too late?

No. The ticket has always covered both sessions, and Part 1's recording lands in your dashboard within 24 hours of registering. Watch it before Thursday, May 14 and you'll walk into the live build with the strategy already in your head — which is the whole point of the two-part structure.

What if I can't make Part 2 live?

Buy the ticket anyway — Part 2's recording lands in your dashboard within 48 hours. Live attendance is encouraged because the Q&A and hot-seat segments only happen once, but you won't miss the substance.

Will both sessions be available as recordings?

Yes. Part 1 (already delivered) lands in your dashboard within 24 hours of registering. Part 2 lands within 48 hours of the live session. You keep them for the duration of your trial (and beyond if you stay on a paid plan).

Do I need a LEANSpark account first?

No. Submit name + email at checkout — we'll create your account and email you a set-password link with your trial activation note.

Is the 30-day trial automatic?

Yes. Card on file, no charge — trial auto-cancels at 30 days unless you decide to keep your subscription. The trial is one-time per account. The trial window covers both sessions plus another 16 days to apply what you learn.

What's included in the LEANSpark trial?

Full $50/month access — the credit allowance you need to actually build with what you see on the call, not just look around. Auto-cancels at the end of 30 days unless you decide to keep your subscription.

Can I get a refund?

If something goes wrong with either session, yes — reply to your confirmation email and Ash sorts it personally.

Part 2 is live Thursday, May 14.

Part 1 recording in your dashboard within 24 hours. Part 2 live, 10 AM CT. Plus a 30-day LEANSpark trial.
